Ken Swope's article "Causes and Consequences of the Ming Intervention in Vietnam in the Early Fifteenth Century" was published in Ming China: Courts and Contacts, 1400-1450, edited

Professor Swope has accepted an offer to be co-editor of the Global Library of Military Strategy, a new series that will be published by the Naval Institute Press. He also has two recent
